Data deletion instructions

Use the steps below to remove a Facebook connection or request deletion of eligible data associated with Smart Light Smart Home Control.

Option 01

Remove Smart Light from Facebook

If you linked Smart Light to Facebook, you can remove the app connection and its Facebook-linked activity by following these steps:

  1. Open your Facebook profile, then go to Settings & privacy and select Settings.
  2. Open Apps and websites to view the services connected to your Facebook account.
  3. Search for Smart Light Smart Home Control and open the app entry.
  4. Choose Remove and confirm the action when Facebook asks.
  5. The Smart Light connection and its Facebook-linked activity have now been removed.

Option 02

Send a manual data deletion request

To request deletion of eligible data associated with Smart Light from systems controlled by Metaverse Labs, contact the app support team:

The support team will review your request and process eligible data deletion within 48 business hours.

Only provide the minimum information needed to identify the relevant account or app connection. Do not send passwords, payment details, or other confidential credentials.
